2 、摘要
本提案中，核心开发团队接收到来自社区的反馈，提议停止锁仓资金效率长期表现不佳的合作矿池挖矿激励，并说明具体规则。同时，响应社区的呼声，核心开发团队提议增加空投奖励储备池，并阐明了该矿池的具体用途以及相应权重。
3 、动机
WePiggy 投票上币活动的目的在于扩大自身影响力，与更多优秀的 DeFi 项目和社区达成合作关系，吸引更多的用户和资金参与到 WePiggy 的生态当中。
但是，在两次投票上币活动后，核心开发团队收到了来自许多社区用户对部分合作矿池执行效果的质疑。
核心开发团队认为既然可以投票上币，对锁仓资金效率长期表现不佳的合作矿池也应采取公平合理的退出机制。这样才能更好的贯彻投票上币活动的初衷，并符合 WePiggy 社区的整体利益。
今年以来，Uniswap, Tornado.cash，Tokenlon，1inch 等头部 DeFi 项目都采用空投代币的方式奖励了早期用户和流动性提供者，并取得了很好的市场宣传效果，以及很高的品牌美誉度。
核心开发团队认为，空投行为是行之有效，且符合市场上绝大多数人期待的一种营销方式，可以为 WePiggy 带来更多的新用户、新资金以及影响力。
4 、正文
4.1 行动1：关闭锁仓资金效率长期表现不佳的合作矿池
具体规则：
1、关闭除了YFII，锁仓资金效率（效率=锁仓金额/矿池权重）后三名的合作矿池
如何比较，方法如下：
A矿池：总锁仓金额=100，权重=1000，则：锁仓资金效率=100/1000=0.1
B矿池：总锁仓金额=200，权重=1000，则：锁仓资金效率=200/1000=0.2
由此可知，B矿池的效率高于A矿池。
2、锁仓资金效率数据以本提案正式投票结束时的快照为准，即所有合作矿池的相关利益方仍然有为期五天的充裕时间，积极发动所在社区用户支持相应的 WePiggy 矿池。
4.2 行动2：增加空投奖励储备池
增加一个隐藏矿池：空投奖励储备池（Airdrop）。该矿池权重始终为 1000，用于在 WPC 代币正式解锁和交易的第一天，按一定规则空投奖励给使用过 WePiggy 协议的忠实用户。
用户的有效使用行为包括但不限于参与投票治理、使用借贷产品，以及体验后续推出的理财等其他崭新功能。

2. Abstract
According to the feedback from the community, the core development team proposes to stop the mining incentives of partnership mining pools with long-term underperformance of TVL, and explain the specific rules.
At the same time, in response to the voice of the community, the core development team proposes to add the airdrop reward reserve pool, and clarifies the specific purpose of the pool and its weight.
3. Motivation
The purposes of “WePiggy’s new mining pools voting” activities are to expand WePiggy’s influence, establish cooperative relationships with more outstanding DeFi projects and communities, and attract more users and funds to participate in the WePiggy ecosystem.
However, after two voting activities, there are some doubts from the community about the execution effect of some partnership mining pools.
The core development team believes that since it is possible to add new pools by voting, there must be a fair and reasonable exit mechanism for those pools with long-term underperformance of TVL. To better achieve the original intention of “WePiggy’s new mining pools voting” activities and meet the overall interests of the whole community.
Since the beginning of this year, leading DeFi projects such as Uniswap, Tornado.cash, Tokenlon, and 1inch have all used airdrop to reward early users and liquidity providers, and have achieved good marketing effects and a high brand reputation.
The core development team believes that the airdrop is an effective marketing method that meets the expectations of most people in the market, and can bring more new users, new funds and influence to WePiggy.
4. Specification
4.1 Action 1: Close some partnership mining pools with long-term underperformance of TVL
Specific rules:
1 . Close 3 partnership mining pools with the lowest TVL efficiency (Efficiency=Pool TVL/Pool Weight), except for YFII.
How to compare, the method is as follows:
Mining pool A: TVL=100, Weight=1000, then the efficiency=100/1000=0.1
Mining pool B: TVL=200, Weight=1000, then the efficiency=200/1000=0.2
So obviously, the efficiency of mining pool B is higher than mining pool A.
2 . The final ranking is based on the snapshot at the end of the formal voting of this proposal. Stakeholders of all different partnership mining pools still have 5 days to push their community members to deposit more funds into the corresponding mining pools.
4.2 Action 2: Add the airdrop reward reserve pool
Add the airdrop reward reserve pool, which is a hidden mining pool, with a fixed weight of 1000.
It is used to reward loyal users who have used WePiggy protocol by airdrops according to certain rules on the first day when WPC tokens are officially unlocked and traded.
The effective use behavior of users includes but is not limited to participating in formal voting, using the lending protocol, and experiencing other brand-new functions such as subsequent automated yield farming strategies.
