2 、摘要
本提案中，核心开发团队阐述了火币生态链的诞生背景，向社区正式提出了入驻火币生态链的计划，并尝试在本提案中提出具体方案。
3 、动机
DeFi 协议的跨链布局是大势所趋，入驻火币生态链是一次很好的机遇和尝试。火币生态链刚刚启动，如果 WePiggy 能够第一时间参与，将为协议带来更多的曝光度、影响力，并且可能获得来自火币给予的资源支持。
4 、提案正文
4.1 背景
伴随着流动性挖矿热潮，整个区块链行业都见证了以太坊 DeFi 应用的落地和蓬勃发展。新兴公链不再以高TPS自居以太坊杀手，而更多力求在二层网络、跨链、隐私增强等领域另辟蹊径，并努力吸引优质的 DeFi 应用开发者加入其生态。可以看到，NEAR、BSC、Oasis、Cosmos、Polkadot都正在积极构建自己的DeFi生态。并且大部分公链都尝试将自己的链与以太坊进行连接，或是兼容以太坊的EVM，以吸引以太坊的用户和开发者，进而产生跨链价值。
很多优秀的DeFi项目也都在以太坊上有所作为的同时，着手布局其他公链，力图吸引更多用户，更多资源，创造更多可能性。目前，Compound，Aave，Sushi，Balancer，YFII等知名项目都公布了跨链计划，有一些已经行动起来。
在诸多竞争者中，尤以币安智能链这种头部交易所扶持的公链，锁仓增长之快速，生态发展之迅猛，短期就获得了大量的市场关注，有目共睹。
如今，由火币开放平台推出的火币生态链（Heco）也即将落地。目前，火币生态链的测试网已经开放，主网很快就会上线。WePigyy 核心开发团队也有幸提前收到了火币生态链的测试邀请。
据透露，早期入驻火币生态链的项目将有机会获得火币的专项基金、投资，以及 Gas 减免等资金支持。同时，火币也将在站内对优质的项目提供流量入口并获得优先上币的可能。从资源拓展的角度而言，还可以获得包括路演活动、生态对接、营销支持等一系列的扶持规划。
这样的机会，对于 WePiggy 协议的核心开发团队和社区成员们，应该都是非常值得关注和参与的。
因此，核心开发团队在本提案中倡议 WePiggy 积极融入火币生态链，拓展应用场景，并从原本的矿池份额中分离出 40 万 WPC，用于火币生态链上的挖矿激励。以下是具体的实施细节，希望获得 WePiggy 社区的支持。
4.2 WePiggy 在火币生态链的具体方案
4.2.1 流动性挖矿计划
第一步：
在 WePiggy 协议目前的流动性挖矿计划中，增设一个隐藏矿池 Heco 池。该矿池预计将在未来若干年的挖矿计划中陆续分配到总计 40 万的 WPC。该矿池在前端不可见，用于作为火币生态链上的 WePiggy 流动性挖矿的奖励。
第二步：
在 Heco 链上的 WePiggy 协议开启流动性挖矿，与以太坊主网上的流动性挖矿原理相同。不同的是，没有基金会部分，抵押挖矿的资产矿池不同，将以火币生态链上的Htoken为主，如HBTC，HFIL，HDOT等。此流动性挖矿计划获得的 WPC 奖励来源是第一步中我们提到的隐藏矿池 Heco 池。
4.2.2 跨链资产交换
在火币生态链上，参与流动性挖矿计划获得的 WPC 代币可以通过火币生态链的跨链网关，转换为以太坊主网的 WPC 代币。反之亦然，此过程需要支付一定的跨链费用。
4.2.3 借贷协议
将会在以太坊的 WePiggy 借贷协议上线之后，部署火币生态链专属的借贷协议，并同样实施流动性迁移。基于火币生态链的定位和特性，未来 WePiggy 协议的一些新功能，可能将在火币生态链上率先运行后，再移植到以太坊上。火币生态链上的借贷协议也会具有独占的功能。
4.2.4 治理模块
为了避免社区的分裂，火币生态链上不会独立部署治理模块，所有治理提案和投票都将在以太坊的治理论坛和投票系统完成。

2. Abstract
In this proposal, the core development team explains the background of the birth of the Huobi ECO Chain, formally proposes to the community a plan to enter the Huobi ECO Chain, and tries to put forward a specific plan.
3. Motivation
The cross-chain development is a general trend for the DeFi protocols, and entering the Huobi ECO Chain is a good opportunity and attempt. The Huobi ECO Chain has just been launched, so now is a good timing. If WePiggy can participate in the first time, it will bring more exposure and influence to our protocol, and may receive resource support from Huobi.
4. Specification
4.1 Background
With the boom of liquid mining, the entire blockchain industry has witnessed the vigorous development of Ethereum DeFi applications. Emerging public chains no longer claim to be the killer of Ethereum with high TPS, but strive to find new ways in the fields of layer-2, cross-chain, and privacy enhancement, and strive to attract high-quality DeFi application developers to join the ecosystem. It can be seen that NEAR, BSC, Oasis, Cosmos, and Polkadot are all actively building their own DeFi ecosystem. And most public chains try to connect their own chains with Ethereum, or are compatible with Ethereum’s EVM, to attract Ethereum users and developers, and create cross-chain value.
Many excellent DeFi projects, which have been extremely successful on Ethereum, are also laying out the ecology of other chains trying to attract more users, more resources, and create more possibilities. So far, Compound, Aave, Sushi, Balancer, YFII and other well-known projects have announced their cross-chain plans, and some have already taken actions.
Among many competitors, especially the public chain backed by the leading exchange like BSC (Binance Smart Chain). The rapid growth of TVL (Total Value Locked) and the rapid ecological development have gained a lot of market attention in a short period of time, which is obvious to everyone.
The Huobi Eco Chain (Heco) will go live soon. At present, the testnet of the Heco chain has been opened, and the mainnet will be launched soon. WePigyy’s core development team was also fortunate to receive the invitation to test the Heco chain in advance.
According to the introduction from Huobi, the projects that entered the Heco chain early will have the opportunity to receive special funds, investment, and gas reduction and other financial support. At the same time, Huobi will also provide traffic access and possibility of priority listing to high-quality projects.
From the perspective of resource expansion, a series of support plans including roadshows, ecological resources offerings, and marketing supports can also be obtained.
Such an opportunity should be very worthy of attention and participation for the core development team and community members of the WePiggy protocol.
Therefore, the core development team proposes in this proposal that WePiggy should actively participate in the Heco chain, expand the application scenarios, and separate 400K WPC from the original mining pool share for the mining incentives of the Heco chain.
The following are the specific implementation details, we sincerely hope to get the support from the whole WePiggy community.
4.2 WePiggy’s specific plan on the Huobi ECO Chain
4.2.1 Liquidity mining program
Step 1:
In the current WePiggy’s liquidity mining program, add a hidden mining pool (Heco pool) which is expected to gradually allocate a total of 400K WPC in the next few years. The Heco pool will not be visible on the front end and is used as a reward for WePiggy liquidity mining on the Heco chain only.
Step 2:
Launch a liquidity mining program on the Heco chain, which is the same as the principle of liquidity mining on the Ethereum mainnet. But, there is no foundation part, and the assets required by the mining pool are different. Supported assets would be the Htokens on the Heco chain, such as HBTC, HFIL, HDOT, etc.
The WPC rewards for this liquid mining program are from the Heco pool on Ethereum.
4.2.2 Cross-chain asset exchange
On the Heco chain, WPC tokens obtained by participating in the liquidity mining program can be converted into Ethereum mainnet version WPC through the cross-chain gateway of the Heco chain, and vice versa. This process requires a certain cross-chain fee.
4.2.3 Lending protocol
After the WePiggy lending protocol is launched on Ethereum mainet, Heco’s exclusive lending protocol will be deployed and liquidity migration will also be implemented. Based on the positioning and characteristics of the Heco chain, some new functions of the WePiggy protocol in the future may be first run on the Heco chain and then transplanted to Ethereum. The lending protocol on the Heco chain will also have exclusive functions.
4.2.4 Governance module
In order to avoid the division of the community, the governance module will not be independently deployed on the Heco chain. All governance proposals and votes will be completed in the Ethereum governance forum and voting system.
