2 、摘要
WePiggy 将开启流动性挖矿计划的第一次投票上币活动。本提案中，核心开发团队尝试提出后续投票上币活动的标准流程，解释了本次活动将对当前流动性挖矿计划的影响，并规定了本次活动的挖矿时限。最终，社区将通过正式投票选出3个币种，开启新矿池。
3 、动机
WePiggy 协议目前刚刚起步，亟需扩大自身在 DeFi 领域的影响力。
其他项目的经验证明，采用投票上币与更多优秀的 DeFi 项目和社区达成合作关系，是最简单直接的利益绑定方式。同时，也可以吸引更多的资金参与到 WePiggy 的生态当中。
最终目标依然是要确保借贷协议上线之后，WePiggy 能够被更广泛的用户群体所接受，从而更好的完成冷启动。
4 、提案正文
4.1 投票上币的标准流程
为了帮助 WePiggy 社区、其他兄弟社区的用户，以及有意参与的项目方，了解 WePiggy 的投票上币规则，我们提出了以下标准流程：
1) 论坛提案
目标：选出 6 个候选币种，参与正式投票
说明：

所有人都可以在本提案论坛讨论贴下方，提出自己的上币建议，内容至少包含币种名称，以及合约地址。
-
为了确保投票上币的基本品质和安全性，提案币种必须通过 Etherscan 的合约代码验证。
-
如果您代表某个项目方，最好可以做一下自我介绍，也可以适当地许诺一些奖励，吸引更多矿工投票。

提案讨论期结束之后，论坛管理员将统计每个币种，获得
的数量排名前 6 名的币种，将有资格参与到 Snapshot 上进行的正式投票。 -
值得说明的是，如果一个币种的合约逻辑与 WePiggy 的挖矿逻辑存在冲突，将失去投票上币的资格，如转账扣除手续费、通缩机制、rebase等。如果发生这种情况，核心开发团队将会做出明确的解释。
时限：5天
2) 正式投票
目标：从 6 个候选币种选出 3 个，正式上线矿池
说明：

核心开发团队将在 WePiggy 的治理投票系统上发起正式投票，并开设 6 个投票池。
-
支持票数超过反对票数，且获得的支持票数前 3 名的币种，将获得上币资格。
-
其它 3 名，还将有一次机会，可以直接参与下一次投票上币提案的正式投票，而无需再经历一次论坛提案过程。
时限：3天
4.2 原有矿池以及新增矿池的权重调整
目前，WePiggy 一共有 11 个矿池，每个矿池的权重分数都是 1000 分。
本次投票上币之后，将会额外开设 3 个新矿池，这 3 个矿池的总权重分数初步暂定一共为 1000 分，每个矿池各占三分之一。如此，所有矿池总的权重分数，从原来的11x1000=11000 分，变成现在的12000 分。后续将根据挖矿效率进行适当调整。
4.3 新增矿池的挖矿时限
新增的投票上币矿池将于第二次投票上币时停止挖矿。

2. Abstract
WePiggy will begin voting to add new mining pools in WePiggy’s liquidity mining program for the first time. In this proposal, the core development team attempts to propose a standard process for new mining pools voting, explains the impact this activity will have on the current liquidity mining program, and specifies a time limit for those new mining pools. Finally, the community will officially vote for 3 tokens and build new mining pools.
3. Motivation
WePiggy has just started, and it urgently needs to increase its influence in the DeFi field.
The experience of other projects proves that the easiest and most direct way of binding interests with more excellent DeFi projects and communities, is to include their tokens in WePiggy’s liquidity mining program through community voting. At the same time, it can also attract more funds to participate in WePiggy’s ecology.
Our ultimate goal is still to ensure that WePiggy can be accepted by a wider user community after the lending protocol is launched, so as to better complete the cold-start.
4. Specification
4.1 The standard process for new mining pools voting
To make everyone fully understand the specific rules of this activity, we propose the following standard process:
1) Forum proposal
Goal: Select 6 candidate tokens for formal vote
Description:

Everyone can propose their suggestions under this proposal. The content should at least include the token name and contract address.

To ensure the basic quality and security of the new tokens, the proposed token’s smart contract must be verified by Etherscan.

If you represent a project, it is best to introduce your project in detail, also you can promise some rewards appropriately to attract more miners to vote.

After the proposal discussion period is over, the forum administrator will count the number of
for each token. The top 6 tokens will be eligible to participate in the formal voting on Snapshot. -
It should be noted that if the contract logic of a token conflicts with the mining logic of WePiggy, it will lose eligibility for the formal voting. For example, there is a transfer deduction mechanism, a deflation mechanism, or a rebase mechanism in the contract, etc. If this happens, the core development team will make a clear explanation.
Time limit: 5 days
2) Formal voting
Goal: Select 3 from 6 candidate tokens and officially launch the mining pools
Description:

The core development team will publish 6 proposals for each different candidate token on WePiggy’s governance voting system for the formal voting.

The top 3 tokens with the number of “for” votes obtained, and the number of “for” votes obtained exceeds “against” votes, will win the voting.

The other 3 tokens will also have an opportunity to directly participate in the next formal voting without having to go through the forum proposal process again.
Time limit: 3 days
4.2 Adjustment of the weight of the initial pools and the new pools
Currently, WePiggy has a total of 11 mining pools, each with a weight score of 1000 points.
After this voting, 3 new mining pools will be added. The total weight score of these 3 mining pools is 1000 points, and each mining pool will account for approximately one-third of the weight. In this way, the total weight score of all mining pools will change from the initial 11x1000=11000 points to 12000 points. Subsequent adjustments will be made according to mining efficiency, in the future.
4.3 Time limit for new mining pools
The mining pools added in this voting will stop mining when the weight is adjusted for the next time
